All the content of this site (text, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software…) is the exclusive property of DEERS INVEST, apart from trade marks, logos or content belonging to other partner companies or authors.

The Elite Prime name and logo are covered by a filed French trade mark, registered with the INPI under number FR5007023 (filed 16 November 2023, registered 8 March 2024, classes 41 and 42). Any use of this trade mark without written permission is prohibited.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by whatever means or process, is prohibited without the prior written permission of the publisher.

Any unauthorized use of the site, or of any of the elements it contains, will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

5. Personal data (GDPR)

When you use the eliteprime.fr site, personal data about you is collected (surname, first name, email address, username, ELO scores, profile pictures).

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”)
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object

The data collected is kept for as long as is necessary to provide the service, and for no more than 3 years after the user’s last activity on the platform.

No personal data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Profile picture moderation: uploaded images go through an automated check by the Sightengine service to detect unlawful or pornographic content. This processing is automated; no image is kept by that provider beyond the analysis.

Visitors' IP addresses are kept for 90 days (statistics and security). No GPS geolocation.

6. Cookies

This site uses only session data stored in localStorage (JWT authentication token). No third-party advertising or analytics tracking cookie is set.

You can delete this data at any time through your browser settings.

7. Limitation of liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the required technical specifications, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.

The publisher also cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the site.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the use of the eliteprime.fr site is subject to French law. Except where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts for the district of Magny-le-Hongre.
